ASM – Company Profile

Founded in 2010, ASM operates two major manufacturing facilities located in Kunshan and Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 3,250 sqm and 8,600+ sqm respectively. For 15 years, we have specialized in the production of fasteners designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and low-temperature environments. These include fully threaded studs such as SA193 B7 and B16 for use in environments up to 400°C, and A320 L7 and L43 series for environments down to -101°C.

ASM is a High-tech Enterprise and an ASME fastener manufacturer serving the China region. We are a certified supplier of fasteners for FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) units, and a licensed manufacturer of special equipment (pressure piping) fasteners by the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute (SEI). Our products are certified under Norway’s NORSOK M650, and the European Union’s CE certification. We have also passed on-site factory audits by Lloyd's Register for the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 4.3) and Construction Product Regulations (CPR 14399 and 15048), and we are authorized to independently issue EN10204 3.1 certificates.

In 2025, we are also preparing to obtain certification from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and CNSA laboratory authorization.

We mainly manufacture ASME-standard fasteners. ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) has established globally influential standards and specifications, especially in the fields of pressure vessels, boilers, and nuclear facilities.

Our products are designed for use in high-temperature/high-pressure and low-temperature/high-pressure applications. They can be used in pressurized environments ranging from -198°C to 816°C for long-term operation.
